Meşale Restaurant & Cafe sits a step away from Sultanahmet Square, right in the heart of the historic peninsula. Its name comes from the Turkish word "meşale" — a burning torch. Just as a torch lights up the dark, we welcome our guests with a warm atmosphere.
For years we have served the best of traditional Turkish cuisine to visitors and locals alike: charcoal-grilled kebabs, gözleme, meze plates and Turkish coffee — all at the Meşale table.
